Gluten-Free Biscuits



These gluten-free biscuits are light, fluffy, and perfect for serving alongside your favorite meals. They're easy to make and have a delicious buttery flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk or dairy-free alternative

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425F 220C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt

Add the cold cubed butter to the dry ingredients

Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs

Pour in the buttermilk and stir until just combined

Be careful not to overmix

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead it a few times until it comes together

Pat the dough into a circle about 1 inch thick

Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits, rerolling scraps as needed

Place the biscuits onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown on top

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving

Keto Beef Tips with Mushroom Gravy



Tender beef tips smothered in a rich mushroom gravy, this keto-friendly dish is bursting with flavor and perfect for a satisfying low-carb meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef sirloin tips, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions:

Add salt and pepper to the beef tips

Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-high heat

It will take about 5 to 7 minutes of cooking after adding the beef tips until they are browned

Take it out of the pan and set it aside

Put butter in the same pan and cook onions until they become clear

Put in the garlic and mushrooms

Cook until the mushrooms get soft

Add the heavy cream and beef broth and stir to mix

Put the beef tips back in the pan and let them cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, until the sauce gets thick

If you want, you can add fresh parsley on top and serve hot

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking pan with parchment paper

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and stir in the granulated sugar until well combined

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then add the vanilla extract

Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt

Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined

Stir in the semisweet chocolate chips and chopped walnuts or pecans

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs

Philly Cheese Burger



Enjoy the tasty pleasure of a traditional Philly cheesesteak mixed with the ease of a burger. On top of melted provolone cheese are peppers, onions, and ground beef that has been caramelized. The whole thing is served on soft hamburger buns.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Set a pan on medium heat and add the olive oil

Slice the onion and green bell pepper and add them to the pan

For about 5 to 7 minutes, or until soft, cook

Take it out of the pan and set it aside

Put the ground beef in the same pan

Add pepper and salt

Break it up with a spatula as it cooks for about 8 to 10 minutes, until it turns brown

Bring the onion and bell pepper mix back to the skillet after the beef is done cooking

Use a stir to mix

On top of each serving of beef mixture, put a slice of provolone cheese

Give it a minute or two to melt

Make the hamburger buns a little toasty

Put some of the beef mixture on the bottom halves of each hamburger bun

Add the other halves of the buns on top

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups raw cashews, soaked overnight
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Drain and rinse cashews that have been soaked

Put cashews, almond milk, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar in a food processor and blend them together

Mix until it's creamy and smooth

You can also add onion powder, salt, and pepper

Pulse until the herbs are spread out evenly

Check the seasoning and make changes if needed

Move the mixture to a bowl or a container that won't let air in

Put it in the fridge for at least an hour before serving so the flavors can mix
